Day & Night Cream

I've purchased countless products and even prescriptions to deal with the issues I have with my skin over the years but the oil cleansing method was what finally cleared everything up. And adding Essential Oils has drastically improved my skin tone and reduced scars from past breakouts! My skin is finally starting to get smooth and even! The frankincense in the night cream even fights wrinkles and age spots so these recipes are so healing and great for your skin in every way.

To whip the coconut oil, put some in a mixing bowl and beat it with a whisk attachment for about ten minutes, stopping every few minutes to scrape down the sides of the bowl. This gives it a very luxurious texture!

FACE WASH

Whipped Coconut Oil

- If you have acne prone skin, you could add a few tablespoons Jojoba Oil to this in the mixing bowl.
- If you have dry skin, add a few tablespoons of Olive Oil.

DAY CREAM

1/2 cup Whipped Coconut Oil
5 to 10 drops Melaleuca (Tea Tree) Essential Oil
5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

NIGHT CREAM

1/2 cup whipped Coconut Oil
10 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

METHOD

1. Apply a small amount of coconut oil to your face while it is still dry. Massage it in and leave it on for a few minutes.
2. Wet a washcloth with hot water, apply it to your face for several seconds to allow the steam to warm your face. Use it to wipe the coconut oil off. This will remove dirt, bacteria and even make-up!
3. Follow up with the day or night cream. Leave these creams on your face and allow your skin to absorb them. Then, apply make up or go to bed! smile emoticon

All three of these oils are included in our Premium Starter Kit and adding them to the coconut oil is a great way to stretch them while still getting amazing results!
